Macmillan Davies are supporting our international client in recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join their business for a period of 9 months.

*You will work as part of a wider HR team to provide HR advice and support to the business
*Manage ER casework - disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy, retirement and dispute resolution
*Coaching line managers providing best practice advice, encouraging effective communication
*Liaise with HR Business Partners, highlighting issues/risks and supporting with the delivery of people projects
*Work with the wider HR team to continually review and improve processes and policies.

The successful candidate will have a proven HR Generalist background, with professional services experience being highly desirable. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong organisational skills to perform well in a large fast paced organisation.
