Interim Part Time HR Manager
Bournville
£32,000 - £35,000 (FTE)

A newly established Civil Engineering business is seeking a HR Manager to join for a period of 11 months, to work in a part time capacity.

With a commercial outlook, my client adopts a mature and pragmatic approach and will offer total flexibility in terms of working pattern to the incoming HR Manager; you will work 25 – 28 hours over 4 or 5 days although flexibility is very much on offer!

Joining this growing business you will provide a generalist service, looking to deliver a range of proactive projects and developing the good HR practices that the current incumbent has started to put in place.

With the business the size it is, complex and high level ER issues will NOT be your main focus! Rather, you will focus on revamping the performance process, look at streamlining the recruitment offering, develop leadership and management capability, work with Managers around annual pay reviews etc.

To be considered for this role you will:

Be available to start in this role no later than the end of October;
Be able to commit to the 11 month contract;
Be a Generalist HR practitioner with exposure to the entire HR lifecycle;
Pragmatic, positive and uncomplicated in your approach.
