Description

The key responsibilities of this exciting role is to develop a reward strategy and function from a grass-roots perspective; to design and execute the reward strategy, working on projects, such as job evaluation and also work with the wider stakeholders in the business on the roll out of the new reward offering.

Profile

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Extensive Reward background
  • Previously managed pay review processes
  • Job evaluation
  • Development of reward strategies
  • External benchmarking
  • End to end delivery of reward projects

Job Offer

£38,000 - £42,000 pa + flexibility + great benefits
