Are you looking to break into the challenging world of Compensation and Benefits? Maybe you've had a taste of it in a previous role and want to specialise, or perhaps you're a recent graduate looking to put your analytical skills to use in your first corporate job? This global energy business are seeking a junior Reward Analyst to join them on a 12 month basis initially, with a good chance of the role becoming permanent.

You will support the Reward team in reviewing employees' salaries and bonuses, playing a critical role in the business. You will analyse global compensation data, ensuring the business are making accurate decisions. You will help to review employee benefits, ensuring staff remain happy and healthy and the business are getting great value for money. You will gradually be given more responsibilities and work on a number of important projects, and will be trained to support the wider HR and Reward team.

Your analytical skills and knowledge of Excel will be a major benefit to our client. Your previous experience of HR, Compensation, Benefits or Payroll will enable you to tackle the role's requirements effectively. You will be working on business-critical projects with tight deadlines, so you'll need excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
