This really is a great opportunity for an HR professional to develop and grow within a Global client group (circa 600). This is an opportunity to work with some fantastic people across the group including the C-Suite, brilliant HR professionals where you have the opportunity to work across geographies

The HR Business Partner (Comms & Global Technology) is a varied and busy role that will span all aspects of the HR function in a generalist capacity. As a true HR Generalist, they will partner with the HR Director and stakeholders to support across the following:

*HR strategy - Supports the development and delivery of HR strategy and key people priorities for the group and leads the communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives for this population (of circa 600) in order to support a vibrant, fast-paced and high-performance culture in the group.
*Business Management - Integrate into the Marketing & Comms and Global Technology groups to have a clear understanding of the organisational capabilities of the stakeholders and what they would like to achieve. Engage with key stakeholders in the Comms and the Global Technology Function to make sure the program has the required support and clear direction from the leaders.
*Employee Engagement - Mobilize commitment and accountability for employee engagement for the program through our leaders and senior managers and act as a support and advisor for line leaders in Employee engagement.
*Employee Relations - Advising managers and employees on disciplinary, performance management and grievances, as well as supporting the HR Director with more complex scenarios.
*Training - Planning and Implementing the annual training offering for the groups, including creating (if needed) and delivery of internal content for our group that supports our business strategy and need.
*Recruitment - Actively manage the recruitment process working with the managers to ensure briefs are filled quickly and with the strongest candidates.
*Performance Management - make sure the managers are working on performance improvement plans and non-performance is being dealt with decisively
*Data Management and Analytics - Maintain the variety of systems to ensure accurate people data and then utilise it to create annual KPI data for the HR department, looking at turnover, leavers, absence and recruitment for the program
*Reward - Run an end to end process for Annual Reward processing including Bonus and Salary Review exercises. Create and administer any new reward schemes as needed for the transformation team if relevant
*Talent - Use R500 and Horizons to identify opportunities to develop the careers of our talents through roles and assignments that will provide unique opportunities to build experience and skills.
*Vision and Values - Act as a champion and role model of our vision and values. Ensure that our people practices are effective in embedding and reinforcing our values and that we develop our leaders to be strong ambassadors of the vision and values.
*Benefits and Wellbeing - Regular communication of our company benefits and promote Wellbeing in the working environment.
*Diversity - Champion a more diverse workplace by acting on HR initiatives that will drive change
*Support the HR Director and other members of the HR team with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
*Serve as first point of contact for a range of HR queries and requests providing (or directing to) guidance on standard process, policy and system use.
