Oakleaf Partnership are partnering exclusively with a global Asset Management firm in recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This Reward Analyst role will be working alongside the broader HR team and reporting into the Head of Reward and will be supporting all annual reward activities including salary and bonus review processes.
The role will help to develop the compensation and benefits framework for the business and its portfolio companies to ensure it remains competitive in it's ability to hire and retain the best talent. Your focus, working closely with the HR team, will involve assisting in the management of carry schemes, supporting the annual year-end compensation review, and day to day management f the pensions and benefits offerings.
The successful candidate will have a good understating of reward, ideally within a financial services environment and will have strong exposure to partnering closely with HR. Ideally you will have working previously with a diverse range of stakeholders globally and be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
