Head of HR( Part time)
LMA is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a high performing Wealth Management business in the City who are looking to appoint a new Head of HR.
You will report into the Partner and will be repsonsible for leading the HR agenda across the business, working closely with the board to make sure the business is creating the right values , cultures and behavious and building a culture of performance and success.
The opportunity would really suit somebody who enjoys a mix of big picture thinking, linking HR to business strategy and also working in the macro detail ensuring the HR processes are operationally sound and automating through technology and process improvement.
You will be given plenty of opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business and provide huge value with the companies attraction strategy as well as creating a highly transparent career framework.
The company are also captured under SMCR so if you have worked in a financially regulated business and have helped to establish good governance to future proof against the regulatory requirements that would be highly valuable to my client.
