Resourcing Team LeadNottinghamshire£45,000 - £52,000 Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a supply chain and logistics business based in Nottinghamshire. The Resourcing Manager will be responsible for the recruitment budget and all recruitment activities for all supply chain for the business. The successful candidate will be responsible on the delivery for all recruitment internally and externally and you will own and drive volume recruitment across all channels. You will be responsible and accountable for the talent approach and hiring strategy and people manage a team of 7 recruiters. Our client will expect the Resourcing Manager to provide excellent candidate experience across the whole team and lead from the front in stakeholder management and candidate attraction plans. Duties: Solid experience working within a resourcing function in a complex and dynamic environmentProven track record of partnering with business and HR as a resourcing lead and expertProven experience in developing high impact and high volume recruitment campaigns, deploying attraction and employer branding solutions This is a fantstic permanent opportunity for an Resourcing Manager who has proven experience managing a large team of recruiters and able to lead on the recruitment strategy.
