Role Title - Assistant Lead: Engagement & Culture
Location - Home-Based
Commitment Required - Min 6-10 hours/week
Report To - HR Lead

Role purpose and responsibilities: 

The HR function of the charity is incredibly important to the overall success of the Transforming Autism Project. The HR Team is key to ensuring our people (employees and volunteers) are recruited, retained, engaged and managed in a way which respects our values and culture.


We have taken great care in the development of our charity’s values, and aspire for these to be evident in the way we work. The Engagement & Culture sections of our HR team are working towards ensuring that every member of the charity understands and demonstrates our values in all aspects of their work, and feels happy, enthusiastic and valued as part of our team.


We are looking for an Assistant Lead: Engagement and Culture who can bring their expertise to co-ordinate and manage this section of the team.

About you: 
Ideally you will have:
- Experience managing a HR team
- Experience managing volunteers
- Experience managing and motivating a remote team (we're based around the UK)
