HR Business Partner
We have a fantastic HRBP role available with our construction client in London. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide a comprehensive HR service ensuring managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture. You will be a trusted partner as part of the wider HR team and the project senior management team.
About the role
*Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
*Work with the project management team to identify resourcing requirements and work with the Recruitment team through the selection and recruitment process.
*Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, whistleblowing, retirement, redundancy and TUPE.
*Advise managers on policy updates or changes to terms and conditions of employment and share best practice with them.
*Undertake manager and staff briefings on HR policy and practice.
*Manage sickness absence cases and support and advise managers through the process.
*Coach managers on people management issues.
*Facilitate employee surveys, including engagement, new starters & leavers.
*Champion employee wellbeing on the project.
*Manage and coordinate the annual and interim PDR process for the project.
*Assist with the organisation of the annual People Asset Meetings
*Drive the L&D agenda for the project.
*Advise managers on training & development matters.
*Assist with the Annual Pay Reviews and coordinate contractual changes.
