Employee Relations Advisor
Job Role and Requirements:
*Provide generalist HR advice and support to deliver appropriate solutions to defined areas of the business
*Point of contact for frontline managers and staff on employment issues, escalating complex issues or concerns to an appropriate HR Business Partner
*Ensure a solutions based service
*Coach and support managers in the application of HR policies and practices
*Manage a caseload of first stage employee relation matters
*Administer any administrative functions within the Business Partnering team
*Highlight any learning from employment relations issues and support or facilitate any associated policy changes
Experience and Skills Required:
*CIPD part/full qualified
*Experience of advising service managers on a range of HR issues and employee relations cases
*Good working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
*Experience of using HR databases and increasing efficiency using IT
*Able to write letters, reports, manage and interpret data and make recommendations
*The ability to work under pressure and at pace
