We're currently working with a global law firm based in London to find a HR Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to HR business partners and officers, working collaboratively with colleagues in other national offices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative support including but not subject to: Salary reviews, meeting scheduling and follow ups, scoping and producing reports, research, undertaking reference requests and chasing deadlines.

  • Regularly liaising with the wider HR departments, ensuring collaborative working

  • Manage data for HR systems

  • Operational support such as administering new joiners and leavers processes and supporting the benefits team

  • Being the first point of contact for staff queries, directing them to the appropriate departments, prioritizing as necessary

This role is a great opportunity to learn and develop core HR skills and suitable candidates will possess:

  • HR experience is desirable but not essential

  • Graduate caliber with previous experience in a busy office environment

  • Sound analytical, organizational and project management skills - able to support multiple stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain relationships with staff, managers and partners confidently

  • Proactive, can-do attitude when it comes to projects, processes and tasks

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Team player with strong IT skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information
