Role: OD Manager Industry: B2B Organisation Location: West End Salary: £60,000 + bonus My client are a leading B2B organisation within the travel and hospitality space who are looking for an experienced Organisation Design Manager to join their global business. You will have a background in OD, ideally from a consumer business and be able to come in and hit the ground running. You will be joining a lean team so must be able to work in a standalone capacity with high autonomy. You will be seen as the go-to OD expert, with the ability to look at their operating models, new business coming in, and make judgements on whether they have the right structure in place, is everything efficient and what needs to change? This is a project focussed role, where key stakeholders will be CEOs and General Managers across the global regions. Therefore experience working closely with senior leadership teams are key, as well as remote people teams. Duties will include:Developing and implementing organisation design solutionsIdentifying risks and benefits in the OD strategyConduct research and gather insight and analysis in order to advise on the best OD choicesDevelop and maintain continuously improving OD frameworks and tools You will have working knowledge of project management methodology and planning processes, as well as strong commercial awareness and experience of costing solutions. Travel will be required throughout the year but limited and given with plenty of notice.
