My client, a prestigious, global Executive Search Firm are seeking a polished EA/HR Business Partner to join their team.

Based in their beautifully and newly refurbished offices in central London your primary role is to provide day to day HR support and truly partner with your client group.

Responsibility:

  • Provide day to day HR support offering guidance and coaching for the Assistant community
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and support to the Lead EA's
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to the Reception team, supporting them in delivering an excellent service to the office
  • Support Lead EA's with capacity planning/resource scheduling and proactively maintain plans for cover needs (including maintaining an ongoing pool of trained up temporary staff)
  • Responsible for leading the recruitment of assistants (from sourcing candidates through to job offers)
  • Manage and coordinate the on-boarding and integration of new starters
  • Hold probation review meetings and prepare paperwork (collect & deliver feedback, extend probations or terminate employment if required)
  • Run the annual CPDR appraisal process for all Assistants (including managing the calibration process)
  • Manage performance management processes (as required)
  • Manage pay review and bonus proposals for Assistants (in conjunction with Finance)
  • Work with the London Trainer to identify training and development needs of the team and design/manage the annual Assistant Professional Development Programme
  • Promote and embed best working practices, identifying service improvements and streamlining processes through regular review to ensure the Assistant teams are operating as effectively as possible
  • Act as an advocate for the Assistants, whilst delivering a first class service to the clients (fee earners)

The ideal candidate will have a true understanding of working in a HR generalist role within professional services or has proven leadership experience managing a team of EA's. You should be professionally presented with natural gravitas and strong influencing skills. You should be able to communicate well with senior stakeholders and respect matters of confidentiality at all times.
