Job Details
This is a pivotal role within the business, the HR Officer is responsible for managing all day to day HR administration whilst also taking on key HR projects and looking after all MI and reporting across the business.

Our client are a multicultural international banking firm based in Central London.
Description
Reporting directly into the Head of HR and working closely with the Senior HR Officer. the HR Officer is responsible for managing day to day HR administration, ensuring the company is compliant and in line with banking regulations. Managing HR projects - such as the implementation of a new HR system, rewriting policies, assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures and being a point of contact for HR queries.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience working in HR and will have experience in MI reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate stability on their CV and will ideally be at the HR Admin/HR Assistant level looking for a step up.
A passion for generalist HR, reporting or L&D would be great.
