A fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a well renowned organisation based in Egham and provide effective HR support to managers and staff.

Client Details

A well renowned public sector organisation based in Egham looking for a HR Assistant to join their team. Competitive salary and benefits on offer with an opportunity to progress within HR.

Description

  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Provide HR advice to staff and managers
  • Ensuring records are set up and up to date in regards to payroll
  • Completing pre-employment checks
  • Use a range of systems to ensure the delivery of payroll and recruitment
  • Provide support with disciplinaries, grievances etc
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the full employee life-cycle

Profile

  • CIPD qualified Level 3 or above
  • Working knowledge of employment law
  • Exposure working in a HR support role
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Package
