HR Associate - Rickmansworth - 6 weeks initially, £12.50 to start ASAP

Your new company

This construction and development company is the fifth largest construction company in the world with it's offices in North London looking for a HR Associate to join their Human Resources team on a 6-9 months temporary basis.

Your new role

To be the first point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR issues including benefits and policies via the HR helpdesk in line with company values and acting in accordance with relevant and best HR practice. Working very closely with other teams such as our HR Business Partners, hr Data specialists, Payroll, Pension, Occupational Health, Car Fleet, Resourcing and Rewards & Benefits teams. Production of relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manner in line with HR procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1 years' experience within an HR environment with a particular focus on query resolution, process administration, HR systems, HR Policies and basic employee relations
• CIPD qualified or working towards this
• Experience of all MS Office packages in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
• You must be immediately available or on a one week notice period as you'll be required to start asap.
