- reporting into the HRM and supporting two sites in Blackburn and Leyland
- first line advising
- championing the absence and sickness system
- HRIS and reporting
- supporting with payroll administration and checks
- note taking in HR meetings
- recruitment administration support
Profile
- able to work in a fast paced environment
- ideally have manufacturing, retail or logistics background
- CIPD level 3, but not essential
- flexible approach
- 1-2 years HR experience
