HR Manager

I am working with a Housing association in East London who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The HR manager will work closely with all key stakeholders across the organisation, providing a proactive and professional generalist HR service including managing recruitment activity, overseeing the delivery of learning and development, managing complex employee relations case work and providing employee support.

With previous experience as a HR Manager in a similar setting, you will have up to date knowledge of current employee legislation, organisation development, succession planning and talent management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high standard of professionalism and good negotiation skills.
