Associate HR Business PartnerMultinational Construction Business 12 month FTC£40,000 - £50,000 Hampshire My client are a multinational construction business and is one of the UK's leading contractors. Due to some movement within the team, they require an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC. This role is based in Hampshire and will be a complete generalist role where you will be delivering support and guidance to line managers. Duties will include but are not limited to: Analyse business issues, needs & risks then translate into commercial solutionsImplementation of business strategy, integrating the UK & business HR strategyInterpretation of data and information (including HR metrics)Coaching people managers to raise management capabilityLeading on discipline, grievances, performance & absence management, and redundanciesLiaising and working closely with trade unions at a local level; including union negotiationProviding support to managers on personal development and ensure appraisals are in place and have been quality checked Experience required: Previous business partner experience is idealMust have worked with trade unions beforeProven experience leading on ER cases and managing from end to endGreat communication skills, both written and spokenConfident in stakeholder managementMust hold a UK driving license As this role is a FTC, you will ideally be available on short notice if not immediately.
