My client a leading Financial Services firm is hiring a Graduate Recruitment Manager to cover a period of maternity. Working within the recruitment team, the objective of this role is to deliver the full end-to-end trainee recruitment process for all departments in a timely and efficient manner. As part of the role you will manage a trainee recruitment assistant and lead on trainee recruitment and broader HR projects.

Working as part of the global team based here in London you will work the full lifecycle from attraction to selection and assessment of interns, trainees, and graduates.

In this role you will be expected to provide the highest level of recruitment services to leaders, hiring managers and candidates, delivering high quality support and advance the brand across school leaver and graduate communities. You'll engage with key stakeholders globally to deliver the trainee, internship and graduate programmes.

This exciting opportunity also allows you to engage with universities, schools, associations and other networks to promote the brand, career opportunities and programmes.

The contract will suit an individual with prior experience of working on graduate recruitment ideally from a financial or professional services environment. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills at presenting in different environments to different client groups.
