HR Business Partner - Financial Services 12 Month FTC
A leading investment House in the City, one of the largest in Europe are looking for a HR Business Partner to join on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis to cover a maternity Leave.
As HR Business Partner you will report into the Senior HR Business Partner supporting them to lead and deliver on the HR processes for the business across the London and Cardiff offices. This role sits in a team of 3 where you will work with 2 other HR Business Partners to ensure expectations are met. You will be responsible for ensuring guidance and cost effective HR solutions in areas of employee engagement, re-organisations, talent and succession management , L&D, performance management and resource planning.
The successful candidate will have proven strong experience working at a Business Partnering level within Financial Services and will have a strong understanding of employment and HR Processes. You will be a strong communicator as you will be needed to communicate effectively to senior level members of the business. You will have experience leading in organisational change and having exposure to TUPE is highly desired.
This role is looking to pay up to £75,000 depending on experience.
