About the role
You will be working within a fast paced, challenging yet rewarding environment.
·This is a full generalist role, reporting to the HR Manager.
·You will be the go-to person for all things HR, your success will come from building strong relationships
·Work closely with the HR Manager to create an engaged and high performing culture
·Partner with line managers to offer professional and pragmatic advice and guidance on a range of ER issues
·Provide coaching and practical support for line managers dealing with complex ER issues
·You will act as the primary link between all managers and the HR department
·Ensure line managers are kept up-to-date on employment legislation
·Support the business with any change initiatives that may happen
·Provide support on a range of HR projects to improve and transform HR operations

This is a critical role that will act as the primary link between all managers and the HR department.

About you
You must be engaging and be able to build strong relationships with all employees. You must also be able to influence people to ensure positive changes can drive excellent results.


Essential Experience
·Experience of providing HR Support to head office client group
·CIPD Qualified or equivalent
·Up to date knowledge of employment law
·Proven experience of managing both complex and day to day employee relations issues
