Role: Senior HR Business Partner Industry: Technology Location: Central London Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join an ambitious and highly successful technology business, who still have the culture and entrepreneurial nature of a start up, but who are well established and looking to build on that success through global growth. As Senior HRBP you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of People and develop a promising and capable team. You will be able to offer both operation and strategic support, and ideally have worked within a fast-growth technology business. Duties will include:Leading and developing the operational HR strategy for the UK office whilst support both APAC and EMEA officesDevelop a brand new onboarding process globally whilst focussing on employee experienceAligning and developing all policies and proceses whilst communicating changes to the businessContinuing to evolve their benefits and employee wellbeingLooking at retentionLine manager a HR Manager You will have experience in developing and executing a HR strategy with extensive experience in a generalist role in an international business.
