Provide high quality HR management information and operational data to both their colleagues, leadership teams and managers in the business.

Description

  • Support the transformation of the business post Workday,
  • Drive a transitional roadmap to enable the delivery of a full data reporting and insight services
  • Participate in strategic HR projects, where data is key to driving efficiencies and supporting effective decision-making.
  • Embed yourself within the HR Ops team and support on projects

    • Profile

  • You will have used Workday before
  • You will have strong analytical skills, a passion for figures and the ability to get into the detail while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets comfortably.
  • Experience with coding in Python and SQL and an understanding of analytics cubes, MDX, and DAX would be advantageous.
