Were seeking an experienced HR Administrator with a strong focus of HR systems and managing HR administration
We have a great role to support a Head of HR & HR Business Partner in managing all aspects of HR administration. With a strong focus of using HR systems you will maintain and update HR data, provide HR administration of all aspects of recruitment, performance review, absence, training, and personnel files.
You will support the business by responding to HR queries and providing basic HR advice on policy/process.
Were seeking an experienced HR Administrator with a strong capability of using HR systems and handling a variety of HR Administrative tasks.
- Previous HR Administrator experience of a similar role
- Hands on experience of using HR systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and maintain personal confidentiality
- Preference for organised systems and procedures
- Level 3 Qualified in Certificate in Personnel Practice
