My client is a private healthcare provider who have a vacancy for Customer Service Advisors - based in their Birmingham contact centre.

(Full / part time) required to deliver a professional and discreet client-focussed service whilst maximising sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be customer focussed and have a background in a prestigious, call centre role, preferably within a healthcare setting.

Description

  • Maximise sales opportunities; identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions
  • Optimise enquiry to booking conversion rates, repeat booking and attendance rates, by thoroughly screening enquiries, demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Respond to customer enquiries efficiently, meeting SLA's; (incoming/outbound telephone calls, social media, web, email and post)
  • Handle all enquiries with empathy and professionalism to provide an exceptional customer service
  • Inform customers of the general suitability and implications of treatments so patients can make an informed decision that protects their safety and promotes a positive outcome
  • Ensure a smooth journey for patients, liaise and maintain strong relationships with colleagues throughout the company, providing appropriate, accurate information as required
  • Maintain professional competence, keep up to date with product and service changes

Profile

  • Target driven sales through service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Contact centre background with working knowledge and demonstrable competence in the use of contact centre technologies
  • Proven ability to work within a team to support colleagues to deliver sales a
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Problem solving skills - Confident handling potentially sensitive situations
  • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient
  • Minimum requirement English GCSE Grade 4-5 or equivalent (previously GCSE grade C)

My client is especially interested in seeing CVs from applicants who can demonstrate a steady work history and have excellent references ideally from within healthcare - although applicants from other backgrounds will be considered also.
