3 month FTC

Luxury Beauty Brand

Hertfordshire

approx £40,000

My client are a global luxury beauty brand, headquartered in Central London. Due to some change within the business they require a HR BP to join their Hertfordshire hub to assist with a restructure. The successful candidate must have experience with change and transformation; namely redundancies and TUPE transfer.

Duties include but not limited to:

Providing best practise advice

Achieving commercially sound people solutions in-line with values, policies, legislation etc.

Partner with managers and employees to deliver high quality HR service to customers

Responsible for managing caseload for client base including advise on disciplinary, appeals, consultations, performance management, grievance cases

Guiding the business through change; leading on TUPE transfer

Ensuring all company procedures, policies and employment legislation is compliant

Participate in weekly ER reviews and provide insight and view points to achieve best approach

Build strong working relationships with stakeholders

Skills/Experience:

Must have previous experience with redundancies and TUPE transfers

Ideally CIPD level 5 or above

Previous experience in an advisory/HRBP level role

Strong ER and employment law knowledge

Clean UK driving license

Commercially minded and pragmatic approach

Ability to built rapport with employees at all levels

As this is a short term contract, you must be available immediately to be considered.
