Director of Talent Acquisition - High-Growth Tech

Annapurna are working in partnership with a growing global technology platform on a Director of Talent Acquisition position.

They are looking for an experienced Leader to help to grow the team, design and deliver the global recruitment strategy and create and embed clear Talent Acquisition processes across the business.

They would like someone with experience of managing data to help inform hiring decisions across the business as well as a dynamic people manager to really drive their current high-performing team, even further.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition from within a Technology business.
  • Demonstrable team leadership experience.
  • An interest in using data tools to drive performance and the ability to report findings from data to all levels, including the CEO.
  • Proven experience of setting recruitment strategies and embedding them across a global business.
  • Ability to coach hiring manager's on best recruitment practice.
  • A dynamic, can-do attitude and the ability to engage and lead high-performing teams.
