Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Legal firm based in the City of London recruiting for an HR Wellbeing and Benefits Officer position.

This role will provide support to the Head of Wellbeing & Benefits focusing on delivering the benefits, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion programmes for the London office as well as supporting other offices where applicable. The role will primarily focus on benefits administration and diversity & wellbeing events programme management and administration.

Duties include:

Being the first point of contact for benefits queries.

Maintaining the benefits mailbox and sending communication to new joiners.

Delivering one-to-one systems training for new joiners.

Administering the monthly payroll process for new joiners, leavers and changes.

Supporting the Head of Wellbeing & Benefits to update the quarterly benefits newsletter with benefits updates or engagement points.

Monitoring employee engagement of benefits and assisting in producing reports.

Keeping up to date with market information and changes to benefits rules.

Developing and organising the annual benefits fair to showcase and kick start the wellbeing programme each year.

Maintaining the D&I and wellbeing calendar and mailbox, ensuring all queries are answered in a timely fashion and and event invites are up to date.

Escalating queries to the Head of Wellbeing & Benefits where appropriate.

Maintaining the D&I and wellbeing intranet pages across EMEA.

Responsible for updating and monitoring the D&I and Wellbeing budgets.

Measuring engagement of events through acceptance and attendance rates.

Coordinating with desktop publishing to create collateral for new campaigns.

Producing first drafts for annual submissions such as Stonewall, Wellbeing Index etc.

Attending local events for key speaker inspiration and ideas.

Supporting the development of D&I & wellbeing programmes across other offices.

Supporting ad hoc projects

Skills will include:

GCSE Maths & English (A* to C grade).

CIPD qualification desirable.

Creative with a determined approach to problem solving.

Ability to grasp technical knowledge quickly and keep up to date with new knowledge relating to D&I, Wellbeing & Benefits.
