Interim Personal Assistant
Interim Personal Assistant required to support 3 senior HR Directors within this busy business based in Addlestone. This is 6 month contract paying £20.41 per hour.
The purpose of this position is:
To deliver proficient and effective administrative, organisational and support services to the EDHR & SD Talent as necessary, and to support the wider HR function as required from time to time.
To operate with the highest level of discretion, integrity and professionalism handling confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner.To ensure all key information sources (hard copy, soft copy etc.) are maintained in a highly organized and secure manner with clear audit trail and fully compliance with HR policies and procedures.
To Embed Compliance Culture across all areas of the business ensuring Integrity in Action is actively applied in all initiatives.
Suitable canidates must have extensive previous experience as PA at executive level, ideally within HR function. You will also possess excellent IT skills – full MS Office suite, intranet; other HR applications/database useful, excellent accuracy and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication: business English, be competent in grammar and spelling – creating meeting notes and other communications with minimum guidance. (Typing, input, updating, reporting and presentations. Integrity, confidentiality and teamwork are essential as is previous experience operating in culturally diverse and international corporate environment
