A leading FMCG business is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to join for an initial period of 3 months.
Working within this fast paced environment you will be joining at a highly exciting time; the business has recently taken the decision to move a ‘traditional' HR function and introduce a Business Partnering model.
As such you will be joining at a highly exciting time for the business. Based at Head Office you will provide a truly generalist service, delivering in line with business needs in the short space of time you will have.
This role is not necessarily about reinventing the wheel; rather it will be about dealing with issues currently faced, overseeing some projects, and maintaining the level of service the business requires from HR.
** You must be able to start in this post no later than mid-October **
