Role: Manager of Learning & Development Industry: Retail Location: Watford Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 My client is looking for an experienced Manager of Learning & Development. You will be responsible for partnering with the HR Business Partners, Senior Leaders and the Head of Learning & Development to create and drive the strategy for assigned functions. You will also lead and manage the development and delivery of group and individual programmes. Responsibilities: Partner with Senior Leaders, HRBPs and other Managers of Learning & Development to build a strategy across Europe.Scope and design requirements for new and existing products and programmes.Deliver, lead and manage the communication, launch and rollout of programmes.Work with the wider team to plan and adhere to budget requirements.Define project requirements with senior colleagues.Lead, coach and develop the Learning & Development team. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Graduate calibre with a proven track record in Learning & Development.Excellent communication, influencing and partnering skills.Proven experience of developing and delivering group and individual learning solutions.Expert facilitator.A commercial approach to problem solving.Energetic and resilient.A thirst for learning.Strong leadership skills.Excellent communication skills.
