TEMPORARY HR BUSINESS PARTNER

EPSOM

TO START ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to start asap working for a 6-9 month period.

The role will provide support to an acquisition of TUPE would be advantageous.

Duties to include:-

  • Source, interview and on-board candidates in support of the company's strategic direction
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and negotiating terms or direct recruitment
  • Dealing with employee's leaving the business
  • Working with employees and Managers to resolve employee relation concerns, giving guidance and support in line with legislation
  • Conduct performance improvement, disciplinary and grievance investiagations
  • Manage the Maternity process
  • Support the payroll and pension for employees
  • Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practise
  • Ensure HR documents and HR database are updated

The role would suit someone who is CIPD qualified and knowledge of UK employment legislation. Experience of Acquisition and TUPE would be advantageous with a proven track record of forming strong partnerships with business managers.
