My North Manchester based client is seeking an experienced Reward Analyst for a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organisation as they enter an exciting period of change and transformation.
The role will play an important part in analysing and providing data for HR, pay, comps and bens, strategic workforce planning and talent analytics.
Duties will include:
*Use market research to evaluate external competition
*Manage a Flexible Benefits programme with a range of benefits that underpin the company values and desired behaviours.
*Manage relationships with Benefit providers, and work in partnership to optimise benefits provision.
*Regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
*Support the business and through providing advice on market pay and salary management reviews
*Provide the annual Gender Pay Gap report.
*Lead on salary planning, budgeting and the annual off-cycle compensation processes.
*Administer Company bonus schemes.
You will also build and develop a dashboard of tools to bring the workforce insights to HR colleagues, business leaders and a wider audience to drive actions and self-service, alongside assisting in various HR projects and continuous improvement and automations initiatives.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a Reward/Comps and Bens Analyst role and be tech/MI savvy.
You will work collaboratively as well as independently, with a proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and possess a data driven mind set with the capability to troubleshoot data and reports.
