A manufacturing organisation are seeking a highly commercial, proactive and engaging HR Manager to join at a highly exciting time for the business.

Joining at a time when the business is still relatively in its infancy, there is a requirement for HR Manager to provide a highly generalist service to the business whilst ensuring the foundations are in place and suitable to meet the needs of the business.

Whilst you will have to adapt certain corporate policies and processes, in the main you will ensure that HR is managed proactively and fit-for-purpose at a local level.

Working as part of an established Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the General Manager and the team to galvanise, mentor and develop these individuals to ensure they are all pulling in the same direction and conduct business to ensure the best interests of the organisation remain at the heart of every decision that is made.

In order to be considered for this role you must:
Have gained experience as a HR Manager within a manufacturing or engineering business;
Have worked as part of a management team with clear evidence of having lead, developed and mentored them;
Have worked in a business with a start-up mentality, having implemented large scale HR projects across the site;
Be able to work at pace, be out going, bubbly and enthusiastic, with the ability to positively influence and engage with staff at all levels.
