Payroll & Benefits Manager £50k to £55k + Benefits - City A leading and growing Consultancy Firm currently see an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to head up their Payroll & Benefits offering for the UK. Reporting into the Head of HR this is a newly created role, so it has a "blank canvass" approach to it and my client are looking for someone to run, drive and own this post outright. You will have full ownership of the Payroll & Benefits and will also get involved with various HR projects so it a truly varied role. Details:Using ADP you will process the outsourced UK payroll and have full responsibility/be the subject matter expertFull reconciliation of the payroll with high levels of attention to detailResponsible for all month and year end reporting/financial analysisPayroll Accounting: Journals, GL and ReconciliationsAs this is a newly created role you will need to put in place Risk Controls and Frameworks and create a document that can be followed to the TYou will be the main point of contact for all Payroll & Benefits questions and queriesYou will be responsible for the Benefits processing but also all negotiation and renewalsWil responsible for the Benefits PortalReview the firms benefits offering and look to make changes and suggestions on a yearly basis in line with competitors/current market trendsWill be responsible for Pension questions and queries/HMRC paymentsManage all Auto-enrolment activityYou will have close liaison with HR, Finance, Payroll Vendor and all Third Party VendorsOwn the onboarding process outright starters/leaversBe responsible for P60/P11D reportingBe actively engaged in all HR Projects and be a key member in all related activities Skills Required:Have a wealth of Payroll, Benefits experience and exposureHave been involved in HR related projectsMust have created Risk Controls and FrameworksStrong communicator internal and externalMust be able to hold their own with Senior StakeholdersVendor management (ADP) and Third Party management (Benefits)Strong Excel (V Look Ups and Pivot Tables)Attention to detail focusedTeam player
