Recruitment Manager

A global Professional Services firm based in The City are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Graduate Recruitment, this role will be responsible for:

Strategic initiatives

Partnering with leadership team, hiring managers and stakeholders to refine EVP and position in the talent marketplace

Remaining up to date on hiring trends, implementing creative strategies and running new initiatives in order to build pipeline

Focusing on digital campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to identify and engage candidates

Closely monitoring candidate progression

Developing a deep understanding of the firm's core values and key competencies necessary to roles

Maintaining ATS, generating reports, using data to inform strategic decisions across recruitment lifecycle and participating in ad hoc projects and initiatives

Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership team members to identify hiring needs and key candidate profiles

Immediately managing a team of 4-5 with expectations to grow team

Managing performance review and professional development for reports

Partnering with global recruitment team

As Recruitment Manager, you will possess:

Proven academic excellence

5+ years in lateral or campus recruitment, ideally within Professional or Financial Services

Previous experience managing or delegating

Strong communication skills
