Role: Talent Management Lead Industry: Retail Location: Paddington Salary: £75,000 My client is looking for an experienced Talent Management Lead. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the Talent and Development strategy. You will enable leaders to unlock the true potential of their colleagues by having the best talent, leaders, environment and culture to drive growth. The aim is to attract the very best talent in retail and then strengthen their connection to the business. Responsibilities: Work closely with Senior HRBPs, Talent Partners and COEs to ensure that the Talent and Development strategy is being fully executed throughout the business.Support the Head of Talent and Development to evolve the Talent Management approach.Identify, develop, manage and retain the Talent pipeline.Deliver the framework for the enterprise wide talent programmes.Evaluate career paths to ensure they are fit for purpose for the next 5-10 years.Align with the Talent Acquisition team to strategically hire for succession gaps.Champion and lead the development of Diversity and Inclusion. Keys Skills / Experience: Solid background in Talent Management and Talent selection.Excellent communication skills with senior level internal stakeholders.Effective business partnering.Ability to work at paceStrong analytical skills.Excellent project management skills.
