Head of HR

We are delighted to be partnering with a well known employer in the Yorkshire region who have recently undergone some exciting changes with the appointment of a new Chairman to lead their business.
Consequently they are now seeking to appoint a new Head of HR to lead and inspire their HR function throughout this time of transformation and change.

The ideal candidate will understandably need to well versed in managing in change as well as being a true HR Generalist by trade and an inspiring leader.
you will be a personality that likes to challenge the norm and have a style that will bring new ideas and ways of working to the table as well as practical solutions when it comes to implementation.

You must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach of adding value to a business and being a hands-on leader which is essential in order to succeed in this role.

This is a fast paced, challenging industry that demands an efficient and decisive worker who has strong morals and ethics and has a proven track record of success in this type of environment.

Your stakeholder management skills must be second to none as you will be working across multiple sites and you will need to engage a wide range of managers and staff through significant changes over the coming months. As a part of this you will work closely with a business consultant to implement these changes.

This role would be well suited to an ambitious candidate who is still on a upward trajectory with their career plans and is keen to make their mark.
