I am working with a large transport company based in West London who are looking for an experience Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

The Project Coordinator will be supporting the Transformation team by coordinating and co-managing multiple projects. You will also be gathering and documenting both project and development from our partners, members and internal team.

You need to have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at once, have strong administrative skills and

The skills required are:

Excellent data analysis skills

Excellent organisational/planning skills with strong prioritisation for the business

Self-motivated multitasker

Accomplished problem solver

Able to work under pressure

Proven analytical skills

Assertive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections

Energetic, engaging and positive approach

Works at pace and achieves tight deadlines

Microsoft Office, outlook, word, PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables)

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability for note and minute taking

Team working skills
