Oakleaf are delighted to be working with a highly acquisitive Fintech firm in the heart of the city. They are looking for a Head of People to support the growth of the business. This person will manage a team of 2 HR Generalists, recruitment function and learning function and report to the CEO. The main responsibilities and accountabilities include managing the full HR cycle, driving innovative initiatives around culture as they acquire new organisations. Intregrating new organisations, creating universal processes and benefits across the organisation. They are looking for someone to drive high performance, increase engagement and best practice and challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will come from the tech/ technology/ fintech industry and have around 10 -15 years HR Generalist experience. The ideal candidate will have managed an establised team, and have strategic experience, enhancing the people function at Board level.
