With a view to becoming the market leader within this sector, this B2B organisation is seeking a capable HR Advisor to join at a highly exciting time.
Having gone through a period of rapid growth the decision has been made to bolster the existing HR function in order to provide a more proactive HR service to a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
Based from Head Office in Wolverhampton you will work in a generalist capacity, acting as the first point of contact for staff throughout the business either via face to face or emails/telephone calls. Providing 1st line advice to Managers you will ensure this is accurate, in line with company policy and process, escalating any challenging issues to the HR Business Partner.
You will also provide support on a range of HR matters including TUPE and subsequent consultations, any change programs, delivery of training, whilst maintaining up-to-date and legally compliant policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role you will:
Be hungry for development;
Have worked within a B2b/services business, or a customer focused employer;
Have a good generalist background;
Be flexible to travel as part of the role (this will be very rare but on occasion travel may be required).
This role would suit a HR Coordinator/HR Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
