This Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating all vacancies up to Senior Manager level and across all functions (including finance, legal, customer service, contact centre, HR, IT). Volume can range from 4 to 32 vacancies, and will be a standalone role (with one assistant to help with admin and screening).

My client is a global company with their Head Office in Uxbridge whose purpose is to make the world healthier and happier, and they are looking for a resourceful, resilient and determined individual to lead the sourcing of the 'Top 10%' of candidates out there.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition Specialist include but are not limited to:

Manage end to end recruitment for all internal clients for the UK and specific roles in Belgium;

Provide tailored advice, guidance and support to recruiting managers in relation to their specific needs;

Clearly qualify hiring manager needs, setting expectations fairly and creating relevant documentation such as advertisements as required;

Analyse and evaluate new and existing job descriptions and ensure description is aligned with JD template;

Coach hiring managers with effective recruiting practices to ensure polices and legal requirements are compliant;

Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organisation's recruitment standards and business needs;

Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organisation's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organisation's standards of privacy and confidentiality;

Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably;

Qualify candidates, over the telephone and face-to-face, to accurately assess suitability for the role and cultural fit for the team and wider Herbalife business and core values;

Recruit, interview, assess and hire highly qualified candidates for all disciplines utilising effective recruiting methods including targeting passive candidates;

Present shortlists to hiring managers in a consultative manner adding real value to the recruitment process;

Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organisation's recruitment policies;

Extend and negotiate offers to candidates;

Handover details of successful candidate to HR for onboarding;

Manage the existing PSL;

Maintain and build relationships with existing agencies;

Possess knowledge differing recruitment strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, career fairs, building pipeline of candidates), with a high level of creativity and latitude and the view to implement;

Research and identify innovative advertising vehicles, whilst adhering to company budgets;

Select recruitment sources and techniques to effectively fulfill the client and the organisation's staffing needs;

Develop networks utilising various professional organisations, internet space and direct sourcing to attract top talent with the idea to increase direct sourcing to 80% of total recruitment

Profile

The successful candidate for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position will ideally be immediately available or on a short notice period, and have:

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience at senior level of working as an in-house recruitment position is essential;

Effectively sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for levels up to Senior Manager;

Sourced roles in multiple disciplines and functions (Head Office roles);

Sourcing candidates from numerous avenues;

Used an Applicant Tracking System;

Stakeholder management



SKILLS

Confident clear communicator with internal clients and external agencies;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Team player with the ability to communicate with all levels, up through executive management;

Innovative and creative approach to identifying new recruitment methods;

Strong ability to build and cultivate internal and external relationships by providing coaching, guidance and direction to hiring managers;

Passionate about recruitment with the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity;

Outstanding ability to research and identify innovative and cost effective advertising vehicles;

Exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;

Detailed oriented, self-motivated, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise;

Fast-paced and ability to adapt to organisational changes;

Strong proficiencies utilising Microsoft Office applications, Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media networks, including but not limited to LinkedIn;

Ability to talent match;

Proactive;

Ability to work under pressure to deadlines;

Ability to report on desired KPIs.

Mon - Thu 9am-5.30pm
