An exciting job opportunity for a Recruiter for a Technology company based in Reading

Your new role
The Recruiter will collaborate with leaders and managers of the organisation to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organisation and to deliver the best talent. The position will lead on nurturing relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going relationships with the hiring managers. This role will require travel.
Duties include:

  • Supporting the full talent acquisition process and leveraging industry best practices for a variety of positions
  • Executing the recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent for open positions (emphasis on Technology and Sales) which may include phone screening, interviewing, offer development and negotiation, and closing/offer acceptance
  • Partnering with HR and hiring managers to take the lead on external recruitment campaigns in the UK and internationally
  • Posting positions to appropriate external recruitment sources/tools
  • Using both social and professional networking sites to identify and source qualified candidates
  • Creating target lists of companies and candidates
  • Thoroughly analysing candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
  • Coordinating and confirming interviews
  • Keeping aware of market trends and tracking competitive practices


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience, preferred
  • Experience in managing the end to end recruitment process including direct sourcing/recruiting for technical, development, and sales roles at a growing technology company or technical recruiting firm
  • A high level of desire to take on initiatives by partnering with other departments/managers to help solve recruitment issues/skills gaps
  • An excellent level of accuracy and detail-orientation, required
  • A strong work ethic, a sense of commitment and a self-motivated personality
  • A team player mentality
