A very special Talent Acquisition Partner (PR & Comms) role just landed with a super business…

Job Title – Talent Acquisition Partner

Location – Based in Central London

Salary – Circa £50k per annum (may be flexible for a superstar!)

Contract type – Permanent, Full-Time

We think that this opportunity is a bit special…

You will be working in a business that does not just pay lip service to career growth and you will get a job that ticks all the right boxes. This post will provide stretch and growth for the right person with the opportunity to broaden your recruitment and HR experience.

What can we tell you about this business?

We don’t want to ruin the surprise just yet but they are a very well-known business in their field.

The People and Resourcing department is going through a period of rapid change as they seek to create a high performing function that meets the specific needs of the business unit that you will be working in. You will work hand in hand with the rest of the HR team to attract and retain the best talent going.

Why are they recruiting for this role?

We have got so many positive things to tell you about this business. They want to employ someone who can do this for them and help them source candidates directly wherever possible. You will not be handling a vast quantity of roles. The focus here will be on quality and delivering a great experience to candidates whilst supporting senior stakeholders with the recruitment life-cycle. You will also be able to engage with broader people and Talent initiatives. This is not just about getting people through the door.

What will you be doing?

Wherever possible, you will source, screen and select the right people for the business yourself. Specifically, you will help attract the best people working in PR and Comms. You will use the best advertising channels and LinkedIn to attract both passive and active jobseekers. Once you have got people into the process, it will not be a tough sell to close out candidates. We genuinely can’t see why people would not want to work at this award-winning business.

You will design and activate strategies, processes, tools and services that deliver high quality recruits at reduced costs and time to hire. Innovatively develop the company’s employment brand and external presence to respond to business needs and evolving talent market trends.

It will be down to you to ensure that all recruitment requests are fully scoped and approved. You will then identify appropriate recruitment methodologies and assessment techniques and design assessment processes.

Whilst trying to reduce agency spend, you will also make sure that agreements and measures are in place and act as the primary contact for agencies and run competitive tendering projects to select preferred partners that will help the business attract talent as cost effectively as possible.

Who are we looking for?

You will ideally have prior experience of recruiting into PR/Communications. You will also come with a strong recruiting toolkit and will know what best practise looks like.

We are not looking for a ‘Steady Eddy’. We want to find genuinely passionate individuals that have not yet hit their peak. You will be someone that is on a definite upward trajectory in their career with huge desire to develop and push on in a growing business.

You will be someone who is innovative and challenging and can substantiate the achievements listed on their CV. Our client needs someone that is really commercial and able to put recruitment processes in place that are fit for purpose. You will be someone that takes pride in creating a first-class recruitment service and being part of the solution.

Most important is the ability to directly source talent for roles that our client needs you to work on. You will have a strong track record of finding the best people available in a timely manner. You will have strong 360 degree recruitment experience with the ability to work at pace, with both enthusiasm and professionalism. We are not averse to considering people that have only worked on the agency side if you have the relevant sector experience.

We are after someone that seeks continual engagement with stakeholders at all levels and has the ability to add value through creative yet practical recruitment solutions.

You should be someone with a real intent of purpose. Someone who can take a vision and really make it happen through great ideas and a desire to see things through to successful completion.

Why not send us your CV?

It could be the smartest move that you ever make and we are looking for very smart people!

Company

Fetch Recruitment was set up by Yasmin Elezaj and Tommy Gale in 2017.  After years of working in and managing successful recruitment businesses, they decided to go into business together and have created an expert team.

Both with young families and very similar values in and out of work, they realised that they could offer excellent service to clients that were looking for a different approach to recruitment.

As such, Fetch is a very family oriented business.  We believe that if our recruiters have a good work-life balance, this will reflect in the service that they deliver for clients. This plays out in the quality of service that we provide.

Our team are not chained to their desks with their phone times being monitored. They are trusted to do what they are good at and because of this they go over and above. They all work from home and this means that we have good coverage across the UK as our team are spread out.

We created a commercial proposition that allows us to offer a far superior level of service to clients for much lower fees than our competitors. Everything that we do is about providing exceptional value and we think that we do this really well.
