Human Resource Recruiter

As a full desk recruiter, you will serve as a career consultant to candidates and a hiring consultant to clients by staying on top of market trends within your discipline. You will build a book of business of candidates by sourcing online resources, attending networking events and through candidate referrals. To build a book of clients, you will utilize multiple email, phone and in-person business development tactics to negotiate contracts and onboard new business within the Financial Services and Professional Services sector. You must have impressive organizational skills and a high level of intelligence to make the connection between your candidates and clients for effective company buildouts of the human resource department. To maintain your book of business, you must continue career coaching candidates and serving as a resource to your clients for future recruitment needs. An efficient recruiter works independently yet collaboratively to optimize all company resources in a fast-paced environment to increase results.
