Are you an experienced HR Advisor?
Do you want to work for a small and established team?
A London public sector based company is looking for an efficient, proactive and effective HR Advisor to join their team for a 2 year fixed term contract.
This position focuses mainly on recruitment and employment relations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full end to end recruitment
· Plan, coordinate and evaluate learning and development activities
· Coordinate the performance management process
· Contributing to the Equality and diversity initiatives
· Supporting and assisting with Payroll
· Analysing changes within employment law across Europe
· Assisting with staff well-being and social activities
· Coordinating and implementing induction programmes
Requirements:
· Experience in UK employment law and international law
· A HR based qualification is desirable
· The ability to work under pressure and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
· A team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· A professional and confident approach to work
