An enthusiastic HR Solutions Partner to join an international market leader within manufacturing (Southampton)

They employ over 200 staff locally, the majority of whom are site-based employees, sales teams and field based engineers.

Your new role

As HR Solutions Partner, you will report to the UK Cluster Leader. This role will own and drive employee life-cycle processes such as Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Transition Out, Data Management, Time and Attendance and other support for all employees within scope. The position will be responsible for providing guidance for the client groups in the following areas: HR policies, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, change management, compensation planning and other.

This role will also be responsible for deploying best practices, performing data analytics and owning KPI´s and countermeasures where applicable.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a senior professional at a HR Business Partner/Manager level with experience in managing HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment and qualified to CIPD Level 5 or Level 7, but this is not essential. A strong depth of experience, but no CIPD qualifications, will be considered too.

You must communicate effectively at all levels of business, innovate and promote positive change, always striving for excellence.
