A leading technology business who are enjoying success in the market and are expanding rapidly.

Your new role
Joining the centralised ER team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of complex ER casework. Working in a company lacking process and structure within the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and writing a range of ER policies and procedures as well as taking the lead on ER decision making with regards to tribunal or settlement routes. You will be responsible for protecting the brand's reputation in the market.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of working in a pure Employee Relations role for a technology business or similar. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a high volume of complex ER casework from end to end as well as of leading cases through to tribunal or settlement. You will be able to write and implement a variety of ER policies and processes as well as experience of dealing with ACAS. It is essential that you can start a new role asap and be able to commit to a 6 month FTC.
